The district of Perlach with its subsections of Altperlach, Waldperlach and Neuperlach is the most southeastern corner of Munich. You will find mainly residential areas here, the old farmhouses in the former village centre still bear witness to the previous agricultural use of the area. The former residential areas have meanwhile been joined by modern housing estates, shopping centres and various hotels in Munich-Perlach.

Your hotel in Munich-Perlach is accessible via the A 99 bypass motorway or, from the south, via the A 8 or via the inner city ring road. The S-6 and U-5 trains will also take you from the central station to Perlach within a few stations. Perlach's centre is the square named Pfanzeltplatz with the St. Michaels Church that has been a parish church since 1180. It was rebuilt in the 18th century and since then it has displayed late baroque style  .
